Everyday Monochrome Look
When in doubt on a cold rainy day in London, black is my staple uniform. Better yet add in a bit of white for a monochrome touch that instantly looks chic and put together. Depending on where I am headed for the day I like to play it up or down, more sporty and grunge or tailored and timeless. On this occasion I combined a bit of a preppy vibe with this Milly fractured shirt and cropped top with a tougher edge in the form of coated skinny jeans, patent biker boots and an oversized aviator jacket.
There are so many good and affordable mock shearling aviator jackets on the market and so versatile for laid back looks or thrown over a floral dress and some sock booties, just remember to buy a size or two up for that oversized look!
